Today I did attend a one day seminar about Celemi Cayenne. It is a business simulation where the participants run a simulated project through the pre-study, design, development and implementation phases. In other words, taking a project from start to end.

I had fun and we had great discussions in our group. After each step you calculate your scores and see the effect of the decisions that your group made.

This project game is a great way to get project groups started, in workshops, in project management training, as team building or at kickoffs. Everyone learns from the game, by taking part in the discussions and being forced to decide what to do about the problems that occur.
