I found an article titled How not to be a cultural knucklehead in a global business world over at Escape from Cubicle Nation. It is an interesting and useful read for everyone working in an international setting. I fully agree with what is written at the end, “applying these global etiquette principles is neither about being political nor being correct. It is about showing respect and consideration to people that you interact with”.
