Coaching

In my About-page it says that coaching is one of the core topics for this blog. Anyone checking the Coaching-category will notice that at present there are few posts. This will change in the future though.

I have over the years coached friends and workmates. Now it is time to get serious which means I saw a need to learn the basics of professional coaching. This month I started a course at CoachCompagniet (Sweden). The course is two days a month for four months and then a diploma day. Course content is based on ICF coaching core competencies. Once I get the diploma I can work towards the next level, to become a certified coach according to ICF.

I have had the first two days of the course a week ago, I enjoyed it a lot and learned a lot too.
