BlogRush is a blog syndication network that is out in public beta. It is a free service and traffic is built on ten levels of referrals. In other words, the amount of traffic you get depends on how much traffic the blogs in your tree have.

Alister Cameron writes about BlogRush: the Amway of the Blogosphere and Blogging Expertise writes BlogRush: a new tool to get more traffic to your blog. Personally I agree with Alister, BlogRush works like an MLM which is why I stay out of it.
