I recently came across Free Starbucks Wi-Fi & The Ultimate Customer Voice Survey. Starbucks has created My Starbucks Idea as a way to get ideas and feedback from their customers.

Rich mentions free Starbucks wi-fi as an idea that came up from the survey site. He also asks a relevant question, Why doesn’t every major online business offer a survey site like this?

    i love caramel frappuchinos and the strawberries ana creme also the blended lemonade and the people are so friendly there.

    i visited starbucks paseo de sta rosa phil. i was so amazed coz baristas there were very friendly… i feel i was really one of their friends… the place was so relaxing ang comfortable…. they’ve given me information on how i can create my own drinks which makes me feel great… i like the way they treat each of their customers… and great! i have my best customized drink ever… chocolate cream chip with hazelnut and white mocha, blended whip cream… its fantastic…
