Worry does not help

Today I came across this quote:

Worry doesn’t help tomorrow’s troubles, but it does ruin today’s happiness.

It really says a lot, worry does not solve problems – it only ruins the now.

    Hi there,
    That’s very true. The Bible confirms this truth in Matthew chapter 6:

    “So don’t ever worry about tomorrow. After all, tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”
