Core topics are coaching, personal development and networking. Blogging and writing are side topics, I am very interested in those but they are more of a means to an end.

Posting frequency.
I intend to post three times a week, no set days in the week though.

Who am I?

My name is Bengt Wendel, I live and work in the southern part of Sweden. I am a professional life coach and also work with IT since many years. You can read more about me at Key Coaching.
