Jason Alba of JibberJobber fame has written a book about LinkedIn titled “I’m On LinkedIn - Now What???”. The book is an excellent guide for new members and those of us who use LinkedIn only in a basic way. But it also offers something useful to the more active and experienced members of LinkedIn.

Xing has launched My Network Value which is a tool that puts a money value on your network. In the Gallery you can compare your own network value, there are graphs by country and industry.

Now you can show which online network you belong to. There is a LinkedIn Web Store as well as a XING Shop. It is a smart way for the networking sites to get some marketing done in the real world by people who (usually) can market their services too.
